Tyler's Grace Foundation (TGF) hosts our families in a private vacation home while providing them with custom enhancements to encourage laughter, love, and an opportunity to create lasting memories.
Each experience we create is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs and wishes of those we serve. From hand-crafted gift baskets and family activities to gift cards for local venues, every item is chosen with care to bring comfort and joy.
As part of our mission, we offer recipients the special opportunity to choose between two serene getaway locations: a peaceful oceanfront beach house in Aptos, CA, or a luxurious retreat in South Lake Tahoe. These gifts are more than just items; they are moments of rest and renewal, designed to help our recipients reconnect with their loved ones and find solace in nature's beauty.
