About Tyler's Grace Foundation
Tyler's Grace Foundation (TGF) hosts our families in a private vacation home, provides them with custom enhancements and support needed to encourage laughter, love and the ability to connect and create memories.
Our packages are custom designed for each recipient fitting their specific needs and wishes. Personally made gift baskets, activities tailored for the family and gift cards to local venues are just a few examples of the items included. Our foundation offers it's recipients the choice of selecting an ocean front beach house in Aptos, CA. or, a South Lake Tahoe luxury home.
